Espresso, AI & The Future of Wealth Management (and Beyond)
July 29, 2025 By: Ed Wright

Every morning starts the same way:
Push a button.
Watch the beans and milk work.
Sip.
Repeat.
As an avid espresso lover and proud owner of a super automatic espresso machine, I don’t grind, tamp, or froth manually. My machine does all the thinking so I can enjoy the perfect cup the moment I walk into the kitchen.
That’s automation at its finest.
It anticipates. It simplifies. It delights.
And lately, I’ve been thinking:
What if AI could serve businesses, especially wealth management firms, the way my espresso machine serves me?
☕ One example: Repeatable.ai
I’ve been exploring this idea more deeply thanks to a conversation with my friend and mentor, Bob Moore, the founder and Chief Effectiveness Officer of Effectiveness Inc.
He introduced me to Repeatable.ai, one of the most practical examples of embedded AI I’ve seen.
It’s not just for wealth management. It’s for any team tired of repetitive, manual tasks that drain focus and energy.
Think AI that can:
- Draft client emails
- Prep meeting agendas
- Summarize notes and decisions
- Track KPIs automatically
- Surface what’s urgent before you even ask
It integrates directly into your existing tools and workflows.
No overhaul. No added complexity.
Just better execution, behind the scenes.
And here’s the kicker. They back it with a bold promise:
“You’ll love Repeatable or we’ll pay you to stop using it.”
Now that’s confidence.
But it’s not just Repeatable
There are other emerging tools too. Some are built into CRMs. Others are embedded in portfolio systems. More are appearing every month.
The takeaway?
AI is no longer futuristic. It’s functional.
And if you’re not already experimenting with how it can support your team, you’re already behind.
Tying it back to Roadmap Steps 7–9
In my 9-step transformation roadmap, the final stages focus on:
Planning execution with clear accountability
Deploying technology that actually works
Measuring impact so you can scale
AI platforms like Repeatable.ai fit perfectly here.
They automate the routine, enhance visibility, and give your team the tools to move faster with less noise.
It’s not about replacing your people.
It’s about amplifying their focus, accuracy, and energy.
The future: My espresso machine, but smarter
Picture this.
It’s 7:30 AM.
My machine has already made my double shot almond milk latte.
Meanwhile, an AI assistant has prepped my KPI summary, flagged two client issues, and drafted a quick email I actually want to send.
One machine fuels my body.
The other fuels my business.
And both are
Smart. Simple. Repeatable.
Final thoughts
The firms that win in the next five years will be the ones who embed AI into their daily rhythm, not just talk about it on strategy slides.
So here’s your prompt.
What’s one repeatable task that’s eating up your time right now?
Now imagine that handled, every day, without you lifting a finger.
📅 Want to talk about how to make that happen?
Let’s grab a virtual coffee and map it out.
